Jenny Baillie

Jenny has bee painting for over 20 years, inspired by colour and the great outdoors. She began working with watercolour and now works primarily with acrylic. While mountains and flowers were her initial subject matter of choice, she currently focuses on portraits of wild animals, especially bears.

With the assistance of many workshops, books and videos, and much experimentation, Jenny is essentially self taught. Her paintings have found homes throughout Canada and the rest of the world.

Jenny currently resides in Rossland, in the West Kootenay Mountains of British Columbia.
